Scope
These terms govern the public website leavsy.com and, together with a one-page Statement of Work (SOW) confirmed by email, every client project. The SOW names the package, pages, price and dates; these terms fill in everything else.
The website
Content here is provided for general information. Prices are fixed for the scope described on each plan; larger or unusual projects are quoted separately in writing. Nothing on this site is a binding offer until confirmed in a SOW.
Payment
You pay once, after you have approved the finished site on a preview link. Nothing is due before that. If you do not like the result, you owe nothing and we keep the work. The site goes live after payment. If we do not hear from you within 14 days of sending the preview, we treat the site as approved and send the invoice. We invoice businesses, including sole proprietors, through our payment provider; private individuals pay through a freelance platform agreed in writing.
Timeline
Delivery times (7, 14 or 21–28 days by package) count from the day we receive your completed questionnaire and materials. If launch is more than 7 days late for reasons on our side, your invoice is automatically reduced by 10%.
Revisions
Starter and Business include two rounds of revisions; Flagship includes three. Please send each round as one list. Fixing our own mistakes never counts as a round. Small tweaks under 30 minutes are free, always. Work beyond the rounds or outside the SOW is quoted in writing at our hourly rate (see After launch), with the total and its effect on the launch date, before we start.
Ownership
Once paid, the site, your domain, your texts and the code are yours. The domain is registered in your name. Hosting runs on your own free Cloudflare account, so there is no monthly fee for the site itself; you pay only your registrar for the domain (about $11–30 a year). At handover you receive the full source archive and every login. For clients in Germany and Austria, where copyright itself cannot be transferred, you receive an exclusive, transferable right of use for all purposes, without limit in time or territory, included in the price.
After launch
Starter and Business: 7 days of free fixes after launch. Flagship: 60 days. A fix is something that breaks or does not work as described in the SOW. After the free window, changes are billed at $75 per hour, minimum 30 minutes. Before any paid change we send a written estimate (hours and total) and start only after your written OK. There is no subscription. We reply within one business day.
How we work
Everything happens in writing, by email, in English. We reply within one business day. Decisions and revisions take effect once confirmed in writing. No calls are required at any step.
Accessibility
We build to WCAG 2.2 AA and check it before launch. You are responsible for the texts, images and claims about your business that you provide.
Launch guarantee
Every site we hand over scores 90 or higher on Google PageSpeed Insights (mobile, Performance score) on launch day. We measure the homepage of the delivered site and send you the result. If it scores below 90, we keep working on it at no extra cost until it does. We also measure and report the site's CO₂ per visit on launch day; the carbon figure is reported, not guaranteed. The guarantee is a free fix, not a refund. It covers the site as we deliver it, with the content and third-party services agreed in the SOW; anything added after launch, such as videos, chat widgets, tracking or advertising scripts, or new large images, is not covered.
Founding-client offer
Our first 10 clients get 30% off any package: Starter $350, Business $700, Flagship $1050. In return, after launch, the client writes an honest review of working with us, which we may publish on leavsy.com, and lets us show the finished site as a case study with its measured speed and carbon numbers. The review can say whatever the client honestly thinks; the discount does not depend on it being positive. We publish these reviews with a note that the client received a founding-client discount. The offer closes once 10 projects are booked.
Intellectual property
The design, text and code of this website belong to Leavsy unless stated otherwise. Please don't reproduce them without permission.
Liability
For client projects, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the project, except where the law does not allow such a limit. This website is provided "as is"; to the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the website itself.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by Serbian law. Client project agreements specify their own governing law and jurisdiction.
This is a plain-language policy for the website itself. Client contracts (MSA/SOW/DPA) are handled separately in writing.
